**Responsibilities**
As a Data Entry and Call Support Customer Help agent at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our business. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Accurately entering data into our system to ensure accurate customer records and efficient business operations
* Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner

* Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry and customer records
* High-speed internet connection and a reliable computer to ensure seamless remote work
* Previous experience in customer support is preferred but not required
**Preferred Qualifications**
