About the Role This position is a member of the Compliance Group within the People/HR Division at arenaflex. As a Data Entry Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining regulatory compliance by investigating and communicating requirements. You will support the HR Compliance team and tasks with liabilities to include acquiring fingerprint/background investigation results and processing unique fingerprint clearance letters; maintaining relationships with TSA, Airport Authority Boards, U.S. Customs, and U.S. Postal Services; faxing/scanning US Customs results; and database entry. Key Responsibilities Process daily FBI fingerprints into Access database and troubleshoot any database issues. Plan and analyze HR Compliance data between different files, working closely with HRIS and EC system. Conduct high-level investigations, custom reporting/dashboards, and standardize all data used for HR Compliance. Collaborate with clients and team members consistently. Review completed Fingerprint Applications and check for accuracy and any retransmitting of fingerprints to the TSA Clearinghouse. Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree and knowledge of Criminal History Records Check (CHRC) applications. You should also be familiar with the TSA Clearinghouse database. Additionally, you should possess advanced Excel skills, including formatting, creating complex formulas, and Vlookup, as well as advanced Access skills. Essential Skills and Competencies Ability to interpret large sets of data to develop meaningful reports. Excellent problem-solving skills and strong organizational abilities. Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Proven ability to conduct fair and consistent application of company policies and government requirements. Ability to instruct the specialty units on government requirements, internal and external processes, and results. Ability to work well in a team environment.
