**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis, with the possibility of remote work. As a Data Entry Analyst, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data, analyzing data, identifying incomplete/inaccurate data, and conducting source follow-ups. You'll also be involved in developing orders, research, and other administrative tasks. **Key Responsibilities**

* Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems
* Analyze data to identify incomplete or inaccurate information
* Conduct source follow-ups to verify data accuracy
* Develop orders and research to support our investigative work
* Identify and resolve data discrepancies
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
* Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless data entry and analysis

**Essential Qualifications**

* Fast and accurate typing skills (50+wpm is ideal)
* Trustworthy character and professional behavior
* Positive attitude and team player
* Ability to pass a background check
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience in a legal office or knowledge of dockets, criminal cases, court research, and/or the court system
* Data entry experience with accuracy and speed, productivity/efficiency measurements, or high-pressure/stress environments with deadlines
* FCRA and/or hiring regulations related to employment screening or background checks
* Office administration and/or executive assistant experience
* Order entry, processing, or development experience
* Research experience
