As a Data Entry Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining regulatory compliance by investigating and communicating requirements. Key Responsibilities Support the HR Compliance team and tasks, including acquiring fingerprint/background investigation results and processing unique fingerprint clearance letters Maintain relationships with TSA, Airport Authority Boards, U.S. Customs, and U.S. Postal Services Process daily FBI fingerprints into the Access database and troubleshoot any database issues Plan and analyze HR Compliance data between different files, working closely with HRIS and EC systems Conduct advanced investigations, custom reporting/dashboards, and standardize all data used for HR Compliance Collaborate with clients and teams on a regular basis Review completed Fingerprint Applications and check for accuracy and any retransmitting of fingerprints to the TSA Clearinghouse Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree and a strong foundation in data entry and analysis. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of Criminal History Records Check (CHRC) and experience with the TSA Clearinghouse database.
