About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer to build systems that handle data efficiently and model data to drive insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of large distributed systems and be able to work collaboratively with business, engineering, and data science teams to enable a culture of learning. As a Data Engineer at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

Building frameworks to handle data efficiently and modeling data to drive insights
Designing and implementing data pipelines that power business metrics and core product features

Responsibilities
As a Data Engineer at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

Designing, developing, and deploying large-scale data systems and architectures
Building and maintaining data pipelines, data warehouses, and data lakes
Collaborating with data scientists and analysts to develop and implement data models and algorithms
Ensuring data quality, security, and compliance
Working with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize data-driven projects
Developing and maintaining documentation and data troubleshooting skills


Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Experience with at least one major programming language (e.g., Java, Scala, Python)
Experience with SQL and data modeling
Strong understanding of large distributed systems and data architectures
Experience with big data technologies such as Spark or Flink
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
