As a Data Engineer on the WWDE team, you'll play a critical role in optimizing our customer experience. You'll work closely with our data scientists, product managers, and engineers to design, develop, and deploy data-driven solutions that improve our customer satisfaction metrics. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining our data infrastructure, developing data pipelines, and creating data visualizations that inform our business decisions.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Design, develop, and deploy data pipelines to collect, process, and analyze customer data
* Build and maintain our data infrastructure, including data warehouses, data lakes, and data pipelines
* Collaborate with data scientists to develop data-driven solutions that improve customer satisfaction metrics
* Develop data visualizations to inform business decisions and optimize customer experience
* Work closely with product managers to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven solutions
* Collaborate with engineers to develop and deploy data-driven features and products
* Develop and maintain data quality and governance processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
* 5+ years of experience in data engineering, data science, or related field
* Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or Scala
* Experience with data warehousing, data lakes, and data pipelines
* Strong understanding of data modeling, data architecture, and data governance
* Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
