We are a dynamic and collaborative group that is passionate about using data to tell stories and drive business outcomes. **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer to join our Information Designing (DE) team at blithequark's DDSI association. As a Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines and datasets for our Media business. You will work closely with our Choice Science, Client, and Innovation colleagues on various projects, including data pipeline development, data set design, and data visualization. **Key Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and datasets for our Media business * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, plan, and execute data pipeline development and maintenance projects * Develop and maintain ETL/ELT data pipelines using SQL (Snowflake and PostgreSQL), Python, Docker, and GitLab * Design and implement data set schema, tables, and views * Deliver datasets as input to science models and visualizations * Develop and maintain automated work schedulers * Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to develop and maintain data visualizations and reports **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field * 2+ years of experience in ELT/ETL data pipeline development and support * Proficiency in Python and SQL (ideally with Snowflake) * Experience with cloud-based technologies, such as Snowflake, Databricks, or similar * Experience with source control systems, such as GitLab or GitHub * Experience with Docker and containerization **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working with large datasets and big data technologies * Proficiency in cloud design and product contributions, ideally AWS * Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI * Experience with machine learning and data science frameworks, such as TensorFlow or PyTorch **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative team * Collaborative and inclusive work environment * Professional development and growth opportunities * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Access to cutting-edge technologies and tools * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and experienced data engineer looking for a new challenge, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
