You will work collaboratively with various teams, including Framework, Information Science, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Research, to understand their data needs and provide solutions. You will also participate in data design and architecture decisions, bringing expertise and data to bear. **Key Responsibilities** * Design, build, and manage our information pipelines, ensuring all client occasion data is consistently incorporated into our data warehouse. * Create sanctioned datasets to track key product metrics, including customer growth, engagement, and revenue. * Collaborate with various teams to understand their data needs and provide solutions. * Develop strong and issue-open-minded frameworks for data ingestion and processing. * Participate in data design and architecture decisions, bringing expertise and data to bear. * Ensure the security, integrity, and compliance of data according to industry and company guidelines. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. * Proficiency in at least one programming language commonly used in Data Engineering, such as Python, Scala, or Java. * Experience with distributed processing technologies and frameworks, like Hadoop, Flink, and distributed storage systems (e.g., HDFS, S3). * Familiarity with ETL schedulers like Apache Airflow, Dagster, or similar systems. * Strong understanding of Flash and ability to write, troubleshoot, and upgrade Flash code. **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. * Experience with cloud-based data platforms, like AWS or GCP. * Familiarity with data visualization tools, like Tableau or Power BI. * Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and technologies. **What We Offer** * Competitive salary of $25/hour, including liberal benefits and perks. * Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance for yourself and your loved ones. * Emotional well-being and health support. * 401(k) plan with 4% matching. * Unlimited downtime and 18+ company events per year. * Paid parental leave (20 weeks) and family-planning support. **Why Join blithequark?** At blithequark, we believe that artificial intelligence can potentially help people solve large global challenges, and we want to ensure that the benefits of AI are shared by all.
