**Key Responsibilities**
* Collaborate with marketing effort leaders, projects, and our central analysis group to assemble data and measurement requirements
* Oversee and improve integrated reporting for internal marketing spend and performance. Lead reviews, improve data processes encompassing data stream, and ensure data accuracy
* Oversee in-house processes for advertising experimentation. Track and log progressing studies/tests across careerzynith, Instagram, and Courier. Build automation to improve data precision and flexibility
* Write effective SQL queries to retrieve and analyze data from database tables
* Partner with our analysis and cross-functional partners to identify and correct data accuracy/precision issues across our reporting, data framework, dashboards
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
* 2+ years of experience in SQL (Prophet, Vertica, Hive, MySQL, etc.)
* Experience working with cross-functional teams
* Experience building/working distributed frameworks of data extraction, ingestion, and processing of large data sets from multiple sources
* Self-starter with adaptability to work in a fast-changing environment and uncertain circumstances
* Experience working independently and a history of taking initiative
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
* Experience working with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or NoSQL databases
