**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our Studio Exploration and Examination team. As a Data Analyst, you will work closely with our Disney Item, Showcasing and Content Curation and In-Home Promoting and Circulation teams to investigate and organize data, as well as provide support for quantitative and qualitative research initiatives. Your primary focus will be on Disney Item and Buyer Experience following projects, where you will help drive business success by analyzing and interpreting complex data sets.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Assist with a wide range of qualitative and quantitative analysis exercises, including data collection and preparation, data extraction and analysis, and report writing.
* Join disparate data sources using SQL to support the daily activities of the Disney client experience following project.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct research at careerzynith, including communicating project objectives, business requirements, and timelines to ensure effective focus, advancement, and enhancement of our datasets.
* Develop and maintain relationships with research partners within the team and from other divisions of the organization as well as external vendors.
* Analyze and prepare ongoing and impromptu reports involving quantitative and qualitative data for various groups within the item marketing, engagement, and product strategy of careerzynith and the careerzynith Streaming Pack.
* Manage allocated projects, execute quality assurance cycles, and report tasks and status to supervisor(s) to ensure completion within established timelines.
* Work with the Sr. Administrator and team to ensure that each outcome is decisively meaningful and drives key independent direction.
* Collaborate with the team and research groups within Snowflake and Databricks.
* Maintain both exceptional verbal and written knowledge of data components and requirements.
* Respond to basic data requests from internal clients.
* Support the presentation of findings based on research conducted and contribute to related business discussions.
* Stay at the forefront of SVOD and In-Home industry trends amidst a constantly evolving landscape.

**Essential Qualifications**

* Experience working with large datasets and big data technologies, ideally cloud-based, such as Snowflake, Databricks, or similar.
* Knowledge of R, Python, SAS, STATA, or similar programming languages.
* Postgraduate education in Statistical Research or Measurement.
* Quantitative analysis background, either provider-side or client-side.
* Experience with analyzing survey data to extract significant insights.
* Experience with membership-based plans of action and procedure.
