You will work closely with our Computerized Tasks Community (DOC) to develop and implement data-driven solutions that improve Functional Greatness (Bull). Your expertise will be essential in identifying application enhancements, laying out metrics for estimation, and driving process improvements. **Key Responsibilities** * Analyze complex data sets from various sources to identify trends and patterns * Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Computerized Channels, Personalization, and Steadfastness innovation groups * Lead and instruct a team to collaborate with the Computerized Tasks Community (DOC) on operational metrics * Identify application enhancements and lay out metrics for estimation * Develop and maintain dashboards using advanced BI tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tibco Spotfire) * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions * Identify and prioritize process improvements to drive business growth * Develop and maintain reports and presentations to communicate insights to stakeholders **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Software engineering, Math, Statistics, Finance, Designing, Operations Research) * 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Engineer, or a related scientific role * 1+ year of experience as a Director and at least 2 years in a Fortune 500 organization * Experience developing presentations for executives and stakeholders at a MD and VP level * Proven leadership skills, with the ability to communicate a vision, motivate a team, and provide support to achieve it * Master-level BI dashboarding experience (e.g., PowerBI, Tibco Spotfire) to create rich and meaningful dashboards * Advanced SQL skills * Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to use data to solve complex problems * Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent projects with a focus on results **Preferred Qualifications** * Graduate degree in a scientific field * Certifications including Google Data Analytics Professional Declaration, Power BI Data Analyst Partner, AWS Certified Data Analysis, Business Intelligence Warehouse certifications, Palantir, Customer Side execution metrics tools (e.g., Quantum Metrics) * Experience with DataDog/AppD/Kibana * Experience with Enterprise Business Intelligence Systems * Experience with Palantir Foundry, Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio * Experience with AWS - Redshift, Quicksight, Athena * Experience with Big Query, Quantum Metrics, Akamai * Experience with text analysis and AI * Data Visualization experience * Familiarity with Python, Flash, R * Experience with continuous integration and delivery using Spry techniques **What We Offer** * Competitive salary range: $35-45/hour * Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off * Opportunities for professional growth and development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and analytical individual with a passion for data-driven insights, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
