Our Transportation Analytics team plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and supply chain, and we are seeking a talented data analyst to join our crew. **Responsibilities** As an Experienced Data Analyst on our Transportation Analytics team, you will be responsible for: * Working with large, messy, disparate datasets and performing ad-hoc analyses to inform critical business decisions. Develop ETLs or strategies that pull data from multiple sources and centralize it in a single table. * Developing data visualizations to display and quantify the impact of changes and specific business challenges. * Engaging with team members and cross-functional groups on a regular basis to establish credibility and analyze stakeholder needs. Partner with Operations, Finance, and Product groups to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and latency across multiple operations and systems. * Leveraging scripting languages (Python preferred) to automate tasks related to reporting (screenshots, metrics prioritization, and outlier recognition). * Documenting your approaches and sharing your expertise with colleagues. Mentor your peers as you become a Subject Matter Expert. **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need: * Excellent SQL skills, with the ability to manage data from multiple tables while maintaining data integrity (2-4 years of experience). * Creativity with a User Experience (UX) focus to develop impactful Tableau Dashboards (1-2 years of experience). * Business Operations Fluency, with the ability to identify and root cause business problems.
