**Experienced Data Analyst – Transportation Analytics and Business Operations**

We're committed to fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and growth, where our employees can thrive and reach their full potential. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for: * Working with large, messy, disparate datasets to perform ad-hoc analyses and drive essential business decisions * Developing data visualizations to display and quantify the impact of changes and specific business challenges * Engaging with cross-functional teams to establish credibility and analyze stakeholder needs * Partnering with Operations, Finance, and Product groups to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and latency across multiple operations and systems * Leveraging scripting languages (Python preferred) to automate reporting tasks, such as metrics prioritization and outlier recognition * Documenting your approaches and sharing your expertise with colleagues, mentoring them as you become a Subject Matter Expert **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Excellent SQL skills, with the ability to govern data from multiple tables while maintaining data integrity (2-4 years of experience) * Creativity with a User Experience basis to develop impactful Tableau Dashboards (1-2 years of experience) * Business Operations Fluency, with the ability to recognize and root-cause business problems (Supply Chain background, ideally with transportation experience) * Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, advanced experience with SQL and Tableau, as well as experience with e-commerce operations or parcel service operations, would be a significant advantage.
