Our team is comprised of talented individuals who are passionate about their work and committed to excellence. **Job Summary** As a Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in the execution, streamlining, and normalization of our association's expense and asset distribution models. You'll be responsible for managing, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to inform business decisions and drive strategic growth. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about driving business excellence. **Key Responsibilities** * Build a deep understanding of costing and resourcing data related to our internal groups and functional partners * Support the coordination of high-speed projects that normalize and advance financial cycles across the organization * Support internal business work processes, such as administration costing, labor force management, and asset planning * Work with various data systems and deliver ad-hoc analysis and reports to support business needs, research, and emergency response * Archive work processes connected with key cycles, data collection and maintenance, including tracking significant decisions and changes * Collaborate with Data Architects and system designers to support documentation and execution of data set plans * Develop vital dynamic structures and write scripts that help us automate and expand * Gifted in refining insights from data and combining and creating compelling storytelling for executive audiences * Support Planning and Conveyance Activities with impromptu demands from our partners **Essential Capabilities** * 3+ years of experience in informatics, data analysis, data science, or technical fields * Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as Information Science, Statistics, Business Finance/Accounting, Informatics, or Software Engineering * Experience working with data and data control software like R, SQL, Python; building dashboards using tools like Tableau, Looker, Airtable, Smartsheet * Understanding of social data set plan and capability * Strong math and analytical skills * Proven self-starter with strong critical thinking, unwavering discernment, and conveying abilities * Successful collaboration and time management skills * Ability to carry areas of strength for a to detail, with a capacity to make a step back and grasp the master plan * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Demonstrated ability to work with design delivery teams to examine technical ideas * Experience with Success, Smartsheet, or potentially AirTable **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in a technical field * Experience working with big data and data visualization tools * Strong knowledge of data modeling and data warehousing * Experience with data governance and data quality * Strong understanding of business operations and financial analysis * Experience working with cloud-based data platforms **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about driving business excellence * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Professional development and growth opportunities * Flexible work arrangements and remote work options * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and talented individual who is passionate about data analysis and business operations, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
