As a key member of the Planning and Delivery Operations team, you will be responsible for executing, optimizing, and standardizing the organization's cost and resource allocation models. Key Responsibilities Develop a deep understanding of costing and resourcing data related to internal teams and functional partners Support the coordination of high-priority projects that standardize and optimize financial cycles across the organization Support internal business workflows, such as management costing, workforce management, and resource planning Work with various data systems and provide ad-hoc analysis and reports to support business needs, research, and issue resolution Document workflows related to key processes, data collection, and maintenance, including tracking significant decisions and changes Collaborate with Data Architects and system designers to support documentation and implementations of database designs Build strategic decision-making frameworks and write scripts that help automate and scale processes Refine insights from data and craft compelling messaging for executive audiences Support Planning and Delivery Operations with ad-hoc requests from partners Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: 3+ years of experience in informatics, data analysis, data engineering, or technical fields A Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as Information Science, Statistics, Business Finance/Economics, Informatics, or Computer Science Experience working with data and data manipulation software like R, SQL, Python; building dashboards using tools like Tableau, Looker, Airtable, Smartsheet Understanding of social database design and capability Strong mathematical and analytical skills Demonstrated self-starter with strong strategic fitness, unwavering insight, and excellent communication and direction skills Successful collaboration and time management skills Attention to detail, with the ability to step back and grasp the big picture Excellent written and oral communication skills A demonstrated ability to work with engineering delivery teams to discuss technical concepts Experience with Excel, Smartsheet, or AirTable Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Advanced degree in a technical field Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment Familiarity with agile project management methodologies Certifications in data analysis, data science, or related fields Career Growth and Learning Opportunities At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
