You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and develop reporting solutions, analyze data, and communicate findings to stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our organization. **Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to design and develop reporting solutions, analytic research, and packages to meet business needs * Develop, validate, and execute complex queries, develop complex reports, and perform complex data analysis to answer business questions for internal clients * Design and develop packages for internal clients * Evaluate data needs of assigned projects, assure data integrity and suitability, and determine data series methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods * Turn data into actionable information through reporting solutions * Troubleshoot technical issues * Present evaluation and reports to internal clients and stakeholders **Essential Qualifications** * 2-4+ years of experience in most of the following: + Experience with Microsoft Access (manipulating forms, tables, queries, etc.) + Experience with reporting platform – SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS) + Development Programming Languages / Knowledge / Experience – ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript + Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Transact SQL + Database Knowledge / Experience – MS SQL Server * Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent related work experience **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with reporting platform – WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad) * Knowledge of blithequark systems, databases, and underlying data structures (e.g., ACAS, HMO, HRP, etc.) * Database Knowledge / Experience – Hadoop, Oracle * Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Oracle PLSQL * Crystal Reporting experience preferred **Work Environment and Company Culture** As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere and enjoy a work-life balance that suits your needs.
