**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Data Analyst & Online Chat Assistant at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:
* Developing and maintaining data-driven reports and dashboards using Power BI and Excel
* Designing and implementing data pipelines to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources
* Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop data-driven solutions
* Analyzing large datasets to identify trends and patterns that inform business decisions
* Creating clear and impactful data visualizations using Power BI and storytelling principles
* Automating business processes and improving exception-based reporting
* Partnering with IT and business analysts to discover and analyze new data variables
* Evaluating data quality and resolving discrepancies
* Validating data against business requirements and researching data errors
* Participating in the Data Governance program by updating the data dictionary and plan & methods
* Examining and validating metrics to ensure effectiveness and providing recommendations to team leaders
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 2+ years of experience in comprehensive data analysis
* Strong experience working with Power BI, including dimensions, measures, filters, computed fields, and DAX queries
* Knowledge of DAX, SQL, and M Code
* Proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write complex SQL queries to create files and analytics
* Experience with ETL tools such as SSIS, Power BI Dataflows, or other big data integrations
* Strong data modeling experience using star schema or other procedures
* Problem-solving skills with statistical analysis and large data sets
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience with SSMS (SQL Server Management Studio), Power BI, and Power Query
* Experience with Smartsheets
* Strong effort in the progression and timely completion of projects and deadlines
* Experience with data governance and data quality management
