Our team is passionate about making a positive impact, and we are seeking like-minded individuals to join our ranks. **Key Responsibilities** As a Data Analyst & Online Chat Assistant, your key responsibilities will include: * Developing and maintaining data pipelines to support business operations * Creating data-driven reports and dashboards using Power BI and Excel * Collaborating with our monitoring and business analyst teams to understand business needs and obtain sign-offs for reporting requirements * Partnering with IT and bachelor's degree's to discover, analyze, and obtain new data variables (data mining) * Evaluating large datasets to identify relevant patterns and provide actionable insights * Validating data for formality and resolving discrepancies * Researching and remediating data errors * Participating in the Data Governance course by updating the data dictionary and plan & methods * Examining and validating metrics to ensure effectiveness and providing reviews to team leaders on areas that require attention **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * 2 years of experience in comprehensive data analysis * Strong experience working with Power BI, including Dimensions, Solutions, Filters, Computed Area, makeovers, parameters, conditional formatting, DAX queries, Interactions, etc. * Knowledge of DAX, SQL, and M Code * Experience with ETL tools such as SSIS, PowerBI Dataflows, or other Big Data integrations * Strong data modeling experience using star schema or other procedures * Problem-solving skills with statistical evaluation and large data collections * Experience with SSMS (SQL Server Management Studio), Power BI, and Power Query * Experience with Smartsheets **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial: * Experience with statistical analysis and machine learning * Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or QlikView * Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure * Certification in data analysis or a related field **Work Environment and Culture** As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere, at any time, as long as you have a stable internet connection.
