As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for applying advanced analytical methods to large-scale, high-dimensional data to drive business decisions. You will work closely with our content team to identify trends and patterns in user behavior, develop predictive models to forecast content engagement, and provide actionable insights to inform business strategy. **Key Responsibilities** * Apply advanced analytical methods (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-dimensional data to drive business decisions * Investigate user behavior (e.g., content preferences, viewing patterns) to identify untapped user needs and undiscovered content opportunities * Develop predictive models to forecast content engagement and inform securing decisions * Collaborate with our content team to advance our content launch and episode release methodology * Test marketing strategies to improve engagement and retention * Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical direction * Provide specialized analytical support to partners to drive business growth * Effectively communicate key findings through compelling data storytelling across the organization **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field * At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in the entertainment industry * Proficiency in SQL and experience in R or Python * Experience in statistical analysis and AI procedures: decision trees, regression, clustering, etc. * Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity in solving complex problems * Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field * Experience in media and entertainment **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new tools and technologies * Strong business acumen and understanding of the entertainment industry **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we believe in investing in our employees and providing opportunities for growth and development.
