**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our high-level investigation, content group. As a Data Analyst, you'll apply advanced analytical methods to drive business decisions, identify new opportunities, and optimize our content portfolio. **Key Responsibilities**

* Apply advanced analytical methods (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) on large-scale, high-dimensional data to inform business decisions
* Investigate customer behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, engagement metrics) to identify untapped customer needs and undiscovered content opportunities
* Develop predictive models to forecast content engagement and inform acquisition decisions
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven content launch and episode release strategies
* Test and optimize marketing strategies to improve engagement and retention
* Develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and operational decision-making
* Provide specialized analytical support to partners to drive business growth
* Effectively communicate key findings and insights through compelling data storytelling across the organization

**Essential Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field
* At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in statistical analysis and AI techniques
* Proficiency in SQL and experience with R or Python programming languages
* Experience with machine learning algorithms, including decision trees, regression, clustering, and more
* Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity in solving complex problems
* Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field
* Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
* Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or Google Cloud
* Strong understanding of media and entertainment industry trends and challenges
