As a Data Analyst, you will work closely with our content team to analyze large-scale, high-dimensional data, identify trends and patterns, and develop data-driven insights to inform our content strategy. **Key Responsibilities**
* Apply advanced analytical techniques, including data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, and AI, to large-scale, high-dimensional data to drive business decisions and optimize our content portfolio.
* Analyze client behavior, including viewing patterns and preferences, to identify untapped client needs and undiscovered content opportunities.
* Forecast content engagement to inform purchasing decisions and optimize our content strategy.
* Enhance our content launch and episode release process to maximize engagement and retention.
* Test marketing strategies to optimize engagement and maintenance.
* Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance and inform strategic decisions.
* Provide specialized analytical support to partners to drive business growth and innovation.
* Effectively communicate complex data insights to stakeholders through compelling data storytelling.
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
* At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on statistical analysis and data visualization.
* Proficiency in SQL and experience with R or Python programming languages.
* Experience with statistical analysis and AI techniques, including decision trees, regression, clustering, and more.
* Proven ability to work independently and apply creative problem-solving skills to complex challenges.
* Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication.
