**Job Summary**

As a Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for applying advanced analytical techniques to drive business decisions and growth. You will work closely with our content team to analyze large-scale, high-dimensional data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform our content strategy. Your expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization will enable you to communicate complex findings to stakeholders and drive business outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Apply advanced analytical techniques, including data mining, data visualization, statistical modeling, and machine learning, to large-scale, high-dimensional data to drive business decisions and growth.
* Analyze client behavior, including viewing patterns, preferences, and demographics, to identify untapped client needs and opportunities for new content.
* Forecast content engagement to inform purchasing decisions and optimize content release strategies.
* Enhance our content release and episode release strategy to maximize engagement and retention.
* Test marketing strategies to optimize engagement and retention.
* Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance and inform strategic decisions.
* Provide specialized analytical support to partners to drive business growth and innovation.
* Communicate complex findings through compelling data storytelling across the organization.

**Essential Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
* At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on statistical modeling, data visualization, and machine learning.
* Proficiency in SQL and experience with R or Python programming languages.
* Experience with statistical analysis and machine learning techniques, including decision trees, regression, clustering, and more.
* Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity to solve complex problems.
* Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication.

**Good to Have**

* Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Passion for media and entertainment, with a deep understanding of the industry and its trends.
