**Job Summary**

As a Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for applying advanced analytical techniques to drive business decisions and optimize our content portfolio. You will work closely with our content team to analyze large-scale, high-dimensional data sets, identify trends and patterns, and develop actionable insights to inform our content strategy. **Key Responsibilities**

* Apply advanced analytical techniques, including data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, and AI, to large-scale, high-dimensional data sets to drive business decisions.
* Analyze client behavior, including viewing patterns and preferences, to identify untapped client needs and undiscovered content opportunities.
* Forecast content engagement to inform purchasing decisions and optimize content strategy.
* Enhance our content launch and episode release process to maximize engagement and retention.
* Test marketing strategies to optimize engagement and maintenance.
* Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance and inform strategic decisions.
* Provide specialized analytical support to partners to drive business growth.
* Effectively communicate complex data insights to stakeholders through compelling data storytelling.

**Essential Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
* At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in statistical analysis and data visualization.
* Proficiency in SQL and experience with R or Python programming languages.
* Experience with machine learning and AI techniques, including decision trees, regression, clustering, and more.
* Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity to solve complex problems.
* Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication.

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Strong passion for media and entertainment, with a deep understanding of the industry.
* Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
* Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or Google Cloud.
* Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
