Engage with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and product groups, to establish credibility and share relevant insights
Analyze stakeholder needs and partner with them to address data accuracy, completeness, and latency across multiple operations and systems
Leverage scripting languages, such as Python, to automate reporting tasks and improve efficiency
Document processes and share expertise with colleagues, mentoring and guiding them as a Subject Matter Expert
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Excellent SQL skills, with the ability to manipulate data from multiple tables while maintaining data integrity (2-4 years of experience)
Creativity and a User Experience foundation to develop impactful Tableau dashboards (1-2 years of experience)
Business operations fluency, with the ability to understand and root cause business problems, ideally with a supply chain background and transportation experience
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, mathematics, or business administration
Preferred Qualifications

Advanced experience with SQL and Tableau
Experience with e-commerce operations or parcel service operations
