Job Summary We are looking for a dedicated and entrepreneurial Data Analyst to support our Streaming Services and Consumer Experience Monitoring teams. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and synthesizing complex data sets, providing actionable insights to key stakeholders, and driving business decisions. Your expertise in data analysis, SQL, and data visualization will be essential in helping us optimize our consumer experience and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities Assist with a wide range of qualitative and quantitative research activities, including data collection, analysis, and reporting Combine disparate data sets using SQL to support the daily operations of our consumer experience monitoring program Partner with cross-functional teams to conduct research, communicate project goals, and prioritize datasets Build and maintain relationships with research counterparts and external vendors Analyze and prepare ongoing and ad-hoc reports using quantitative and qualitative data for various teams Manage assigned projects, ensure quality assurance, and report obligations and status to supervisors Collaborate with the team to ensure that all outcomes are strategically actionable and drive key decision-making Maintain up-to-date knowledge of data sources and requirements Respond to critical data requests from internal clients Support the presentation of findings based on research conducted and contribute to related business discussions Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Psychology, Data Sciences, or a related field, and 3 years of relevant work experience, or a Master's Degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Psychology, Data Sciences, or a related field, and 1 year of relevant work experience Proficiency in SQL, with the ability to extract and integrate disparate data sources Strong quantitative reasoning and analytical skills Ability to work rapidly and accurately in a fast-paced environment Outstanding communication and critical thinking skills, with the ability to create clear and concise visual presentations Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to work effectively in an environment of tight timeframes and constant change Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Proficiency in data processing tools (e.g., SPSS, Q, MarketSight) Experience with survey tools (e.g., Decipher, Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey) Experience working with large datasets and big data technologies, ideally cloud-based, including Snowflake, Databricks, or similar Familiarity with R, Python, SAS, STATA, or similar programming languages Advanced degree in Market Research or Statistics Quantitative research background, either supplier-side or client-side Experience with reading survey data to extract actionable insights Experience with subscription-based business models and strategy Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
