Job Overview We are looking for a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team, working remotely and collaborating with our High-Level Analysis, Content group. As a Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in applying scientific rigor to advance our content portfolio, marketing, and release strategy. Your exceptional analytical capabilities, passion for problem-solving, and enthusiasm for TV and film content will make you an excellent fit for this role. Key Responsibilities Apply advanced analytical techniques (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, machine learning) on large-scale, high-dimensional data to inform business decisions. Analyze customer behavior (e.g., genre preferences, viewing patterns) to identify unmet customer needs and untapped content opportunities. Predict content engagement to guide acquisition decisions. Optimize our content launch and episode release strategy. Test marketing strategies to optimize engagement and retention. Develop and implement new metrics and KPIs, measuring content performance for both tactical and strategic navigation. Provide ad-hoc analytical support to stakeholders to help drive the business forward. Effectively communicate significant results through compelling data storytelling across the organization. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or equivalent field. At least 2 years of Data Analysis experience. Proficiency in SQL and experience with R or Python. Experience with statistical analysis and machine learning techniques: decision trees, regression, clustering, etc. Demonstrated ability to work independently and apply creativity in solving complex problems. Exceptional data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication. Preferred Qualifications Graduate degree in Data Science, Math, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or equivalent field. A passion for Media and Entertainment.
