About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely. As a Data Analyst, you'll play a critical role in shaping our analytics strategy, collaborating with business partners, and driving business outcomes through data-driven insights. Key Responsibilities


Collaborate with business partners to develop and implement analytics strategies that drive business outcomes
Own and manage analytics workstreams, leading cross-functional teams to build end-to-end analytical products
Use advanced statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to analyze complex data sets and identify trends and patterns
Develop and present insights and recommendations to business stakeholders, driving business decisions and outcomes
Utilize programming languages such as R or Python to explore, analyze, and interpret large volumes of data
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying knowledge to drive innovation and improvement


Essential Qualifications


3+ years of experience in analytics or a related field, with a strong background in data analysis and interpretation
Proficiency in programming languages such as R or Python, with experience in data manipulation and analysis
Experience with SQL and data querying, with the ability to extract insights from complex data sets
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Physics, Engineering, or a related field


Preferred Qualifications


Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex technical concepts into actionable insights for business stakeholders
Experience with advanced analytics tools and techniques, including machine learning and predictive modeling
Ability to anticipate and mitigate potential issues and roadblocks, driving proactive solutions
Master's degree or PhD in a related field, with a strong background in mathematical and statistical analysis
