Job Overview We're seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our End-to-End (E2E) Delivery team, where you'll play a critical role in driving data-driven insights and strategic decision making. Key Responsibilities Conduct impromptu analysis, create dashboards, and develop insights to optimize limit, cost, satisfaction, and transportation, making arenaflex's delivery platform one of the fastest and most reliable in the country Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data from various sources, supporting investigations of key drivers and business decisions Apply SQL and data visualization skills to create reports that showcase the results of your analyses Lead exploratory analysis, including hypothesis testing and statistical testing, to identify trends and opportunities for improvement Automate tasks and develop processes that monitor, analyze, and inform key stakeholders, driving data-driven decision making Develop and maintain a deep understanding of transportation, driver, and customer behavior, creating reality-based models and main driver analyses to support business decisions Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or economics Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI Proficiency in SQL and statistical analysis, with the ability to apply statistical techniques to drive business decisions Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders Preferred Qualifications Experience with programming languages, such as Python or R, and data manipulation libraries like Pandas and NumPy Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and techniques, such as regression, decision trees, and clustering Knowledge of data mining and data warehousing concepts, with experience working with large datasets Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or Google Cloud, and data engineering tools like Apache Beam or Spark Career Growth and Learning Opportunities At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop their skills.
