Job Description and Responsibilities
As a Data Analyst for E2E Delivery at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement through data-driven insights and strategic decision making. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Conducting ad-hoc analysis, creating dashboards, and providing insights on capacity, cost, fulfillment, and transportation to make our delivery platform more efficient and reliable
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather data from various sources and support investigations of key drivers
Applying SQL and data visualization skills to create reports that showcase the results of your analysis
Leading exploratory analysis, including hypothesis testing and statistical testing
Automating tasks and developing processes that monitor, analyze, and inform the operations of key stakeholders
Key Responsibilities and Deliverables

Planning and estimation of retail tests
Building dashboards and metrics for new customer recommendations, such as expedited shipping
Conducting root cause analysis for late deliveries
Analyzing performance differences between stores and markets
Qualifications and Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as data science, statistics, or computer science
