Job Overview
We are looking for a talented and entrepreneurial Data Analyst to support the Disney+ Product, Marketing, and Content Curation teams. As a key member of the Studio Research & Analytics team, you will be responsible for analyzing and synthesizing data to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities

Assist with qualitative and quantitative research activities, including data collection, analysis, and reporting
Combine disparate data sets using SQL to support the daily operations of the Disney+ consumer experience monitoring program
Partner with cross-functional teams to conduct research and analyze data to inform business decisions
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including data vendors and internal teams
Analyze and prepare ongoing and ad-hoc reports using quantitative and qualitative data for various teams within the product marketing, engagement, and product strategy of Disney+
Manage assigned projects, ensure quality assurance, and report progress to supervisors
Collaborate with the team to ensure that all outcomes are strategically actionable and drive key decision-making
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of data sources and requirements
Respond to critical data requests from internal clients


Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:

A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Psychology, Data Sciences, or a related field, with at least 3 years of relevant work experience
Proficiency in SQL, with the ability to extract and integrate disparate data sources
Strong quantitative reasoning and analytical skills
Ability to work rapidly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
Outstanding communication and critical thinking skills, with the ability to create clear and concise visual presentations
Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to work effectively in an environment of tight deadlines and constant change


Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

Proficiency in data processing tools, such as SPSS, Q, or MarketSight
Experience with survey tools, such as Decipher, Qualtrics, or SurveyMonkey
Experience working with large datasets and big data technologies, ideally cloud-based, such as Snowflake, Databricks, or similar
Familiarity with programming languages, such as R, Python, SAS, or STATA
Advanced degree in Market Research or Statistics
Quantitative research background, either supplier-side or client-side
Experience with subscription-based business models and strategy
