**Key Responsibilities:**
* **Data Analysis and Insights:** Design and implement data analysis and reporting to support business decisions, including:
+ Developing and maintaining dashboards and metrics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery speed, cost, customer satisfaction, and transportation efficiency.
+ Conducting ad-hoc analysis and reporting to support business initiatives and special projects.
+ Identifying trends and patterns in data to inform business decisions.
* **Data Visualization and Storytelling:** Create compelling data visualizations and stories to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders, including:
