With operations in over 40 countries, our team of talented individuals comes together to create entertainment experiences that are both universally and locally treasured. **About the Role** We are seeking an Experienced Data Analyst to join our DTC Data Insights team, which is responsible for driving business growth and informing strategic decisions across our Hulu and Disney+ streaming services. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and developing actionable insights that inform business strategy. Your expertise will help us better understand our customers, optimize our content offerings, and drive revenue growth. **Key Responsibilities** * Translate complex business questions into SQL, including cohorting, calculations, filtering, and aggregations * Communicate complex patterns and drivers to a diverse range of stakeholders, including functional groups and executive teams, through oral presentations and written reports * Collaborate with other analytics teams to analyze maintenance performance of key business initiatives across happy, engagement, and advertising areas * Build and maintain functional dashboards in Tableau and Looker to track performance over time, enable effective exploratory analysis, and provide self-serve tools for partners * Partner closely with business stakeholders (Product, Business Operations, Finance, Marketing, etc.) to identify and capitalize on opportunities for improved supporter maintenance **Essential Capabilities** * Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, Mathematics, Marketing, or related field * At least 3 years of Data Analytics experience * High-level analytical skills with the ability to apply business acumen to data analysis and recommendations * Ability to think critically, analyze and interpret first-party and third-party data * Experience working with large data sets and interpreting data patterns using multiple data sources and tools * Experience with data analysis and data visualization tools like Tableau or Looker * Strong scientific and technical skills to handle issues, analyze root cause, quickly develop potential solutions, detail changes, and communicate authoritative impact * Evident experience in specifying data requirements, data architecture, data governance (normalization, cleansing, and validation) **Preferred Capabilities** * Experience in the streaming media industry, as well as supporting a direct-to-consumer or membership-based product * Experience presenting and contributing to data stories that are shared with key stakeholders **What We Offer** * Competitive salary range: $98,000 to $131,300 per year (New York, NY) and $93,400 to $125,200 per year (Los Angeles, CA) * Opportunity to work with a leading global entertainment and media company * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off * Professional development opportunities, including training and education programs * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance and contributions to the team **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and results-driven data analyst with a passion for storytelling and a knack for uncovering insights that drive business growth, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
