**About the Position**
In this role, you'll work alongside software engineers and product managers to ideate, design, and implement data-driven solutions. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs, then work with engineering groups throughout the development lifecycle to build data pipelines and a range of analytics tools, including dashboards, indicators, and automated reports.

We're looking for a talented and motivated individual with a passion for data analysis and a strong background in statistical inference and machine learning. If you have:
* Experience leveraging statistical inference and machine learning knowledge to present actionable insights
* Hands-on experience constructing intuitive schemas and statistical models for net-scale datasets
* High talent in modern data science tech stack (e.g., Python, R, Spark) and common data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)
* Outstanding communication skills and the ability to convey data insights to stakeholders of varying technical backgrounds

**What You'll Do**
As a data analyst at careerzynith, you'll:
* Take complete ownership of foundational data models and boost productization of data insights
* Design, construct, and maintain data pipelines to acquire, process, and analyze big and complex data units from various assets, including patron logging events, client behavior, and enterprise packages
* Collaborate with engineers during the development process to integrate data logging and reporting into product features
* Present insights to vast sets of stakeholders across the organization
* Create insightful statistical visualizations and dashboards using tools like Tableau to help stakeholders easily understand and act upon data
