Your primary responsibility will be to identify the right technologies and tools that address our providers' needs, ensuring seamless integration and maximum impact. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine business acumen, process optimization, and data science expertise to drive business outcomes and improve operational efficiency. **Key Responsibilities:** * Foster data-driven models to inform cross-functional initiatives and drive business results * Collaborate closely with Information Solutions, Information Representation, and other teams to ensure the successful rollout of recommendations * Apply data science and analytics techniques to uncover insights and drive business decisions * Serve as the subject matter expert for data, analysis, and insights within the Worldwide Tasks or Store network association, ensuring accurate and timely interpretation of key business metrics and customer behavior * Support wide-scale improvement initiatives across thousands of providers to enhance operational efficiency and visibility across the store network * Analyze key performance metrics to identify drivers of performance issues and drive change * Consistently deliver performance insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders **What You'll Need:** * Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as Software Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or Economics * Experience in a quantitative, business analytics, data science, or design role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality analysis and insights * Proven experience leading quantitative analyses on large datasets, with expertise in tools like Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, etc.), and programming languages (Python, R) * Strong understanding of SQL (TSQL, Google BigQuery, Vertica, etc.), including data modeling, querying, and data manipulation * Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, DataStudio) is a plus * High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative and inquisitive attitude * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to present complex insights to non-technical stakeholders * Experience delivering successful projects from start to finish, with a focus on meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations **About arenaflex:** arenaflex is a leading e-commerce company that specializes in domestic items and furnishings.
