Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including but not limited to: Managing and maintaining the integrity of our master data set, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to data governance policies. Developing and delivering reports and visualizations that provide actionable insights and trends to both internal stakeholders and external customers. Collaborating with product owners and business leaders to understand organizational objectives, identify data requirements, and prioritize initiatives. Supporting the data warehouse team in identifying and revising reporting requirements, ensuring data integrity, and implementing data normalization practices. Analyzing trends and compiling business intelligence to inform strategic decisions and drive sales growth. Communicating complex data insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders through clear, concise, and compelling narratives. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you should possess: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Management, or a related field. At least 1 year of experience as a data analyst or in a related field, with a strong foundation in data analysis principles and practices. Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to identify, analyze, and resolve data discrepancies and anomalies. Strong understanding of popular data analysis tools, technologies, and methodologies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex data insights into easy-to-understand, non-technical language. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following skills and experiences are highly desirable: Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js. Knowledge of programming languages, such as Python, R, or SQL. Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL processes, and data governance frameworks. Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams. Certifications in data analysis, business intelligence, or related fields.
