**Essential Qualifications:**
* 2+ years of experience in data analysis and visualization
* Strong experience working with Power BI, including creating dashboards, reports, and data visualizations
* Knowledge of DAX, SQL, and M Code
* Experience with ETL tools such as SSIS, Power BI Dataflows, or other big data integrations
* Strong data modeling experience using star schema or other procedures
* Experience with statistical analysis and data mining
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience with Smartsheets and other project management tools
* Strong experience with SQL, including writing complex SQL queries
* Experience with data governance and data quality initiatives
