Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst and Business Intelligence Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our Store Mechanization and Development group, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven solutions to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency. This is a remote opportunity that offers flexibility and the chance to contribute to the smooth operation of arenaflex's online platforms. Key Responsibilities Accountable for data source identification, requiring knowledge of business areas and situations, data classifications, and where it is held, business data requirements, data set advances, and data quality. Examine business issues within your discipline and question assumptions to assist in identifying underlying drivers; recognize and recommend ways to address business issues; and set significant expectations based on established progress rules and key metrics. Assess proposed business cases for initiatives and drives, translate business requirements into systems, and align the team to the business strategy while executing expectations. Recognize and suggest the most suitable reporting tools based on setting and characterize application configuration based on client needs; includes building compelling stories based on setting, presenting to and influencing different audiences using appropriate data visualization, and adjusting communication style based on partners. Provide general guidance by examining business goals and client needs - includes creating, conveying, building support for, and implementing business procedures, plans, and processes; investigating expenses and estimates and integrating into strategies; and deciding and supporting resource requirements. Create and use internal and external organizations and networks, lead key community engagement and inclusion initiatives, and support partners while respecting and adhering to the organization's principles of integrity and ethics.
