About the Role In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to make an impact from day one. You will work with large, complex datasets to perform ad-hoc analyses, create ETLs, and develop data visualizations to display and quantify the effect of changes and specific business challenges. Your expertise in SQL, data manipulation, and data visualization will be essential in driving business decisions and improving operations. Key Responsibilities Work with large, messy, disparate datasets to perform ad-hoc analyses and inform critical business decisions Develop data visualizations using Tableau to display and quantify the effect of changes and specific business challenges Engage with team members and cross-functional groups to establish credibility and provide actionable insights Leverage scripting languages (Python preferred) to automate tasks and improve reporting Document processes and share expertise with colleagues, mentoring them as you become a Subject Matter Expert Essential Qualifications Excellent SQL skills, with the ability to govern data from multiple tables while maintaining data integrity (2-4 years of experience) Creativity with a User Experience basis to develop impactful Tableau Dashboards (1-2 years of experience) Business Operations Fluency, with the ability to recognize and root cause business problems, and a Supply Chain background (ideally with transportation experience) Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally Preferred Qualifications Advanced experience with SQL and Tableau Experience with e-commerce operations or parcel service operations Experience with Python or other scripting languages Experience with data manipulation tools, including Knime, Alteryx, R, Tableau Prep, etc. Career Growth and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
