Our team is dedicated to making magic happen, and we're looking for talented individuals like you to join us on this journey. **Key Responsibilities** As a Data Analyst and AI Researcher, you will be responsible for: * Collaborating with internal partners to design and implement data analysis and AI (ML) models that drive business decisions and improve visitor experiences * Developing and maintaining data pipelines, data warehouses, and data visualizations to support business intelligence and data-driven decision-making * Working with cross-functional teams to identify areas where AI can be applied to solve business problems and improve operational efficiency * Leading the development and implementation of AI-powered solutions, including machine learning models, natural language processing, and computer vision * Managing the maintenance and upkeep of AI-related products and services, including data quality, model performance, and system reliability * Collaborating with data scientists, engineers, and other stakeholders to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions * Communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions **Essential Qualifications** * 2+ years of experience in Python programming and predictive modeling, including experience with TensorFlow, SparkMLib, PySpark, Light, MXNet, and other relevant libraries * 2+ years of experience in cloud platforms, including AWS and GCP * Proficiency in SDLC, QA cycles, and Agile development methodologies * Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field * Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js * Experience with data management tools, such as Apache Spark, Hadoop, or NoSQL databases **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerization * Experience with cloud-native applications and serverless computing * Experience with Atlassian tools, such as Jira and Confluence * Experience with agile development methodologies and Scrum * Experience with data representation and data validation tools, such as Splunk, Plotly, or Tableau * Experience with natural language processing and text analysis * Experience with sound analysis and audio processing **What We Offer** * A competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * A dynamic and collaborative work environment * The chance to work on cutting-edge projects and technologies * A comprehensive training program to help you develop your skills and expertise * A fun and supportive team culture that values innovation and creativity **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and talented individual with a passion for data analysis and AI, we want to hear from you!
