**Job Summary**
We're looking for an experienced Data Analyst 2 to join our team, working closely with key stakeholders to identify problems and collaboratively propose solutions. As a Data Analyst 2, you'll use storytelling to present data in a clear and engaging manner, making it accessible and meaningful to audiences with varying degrees of technical expertise. You'll provide high-quality data visualizations to support essential aspects of the Media Network, presented through automated dashboards and ad-hoc reports. You'll also flex into advanced analytics such as incrementality testing, cohort analysis, and closed-loop measurement.
**Responsibilities**
* Use storytelling to present data in a clear and engaging manner, making it accessible and meaningful to audiences with varying degrees of technical expertise.
* Provide high-quality data visualizations to support essential aspects of the Media Network, presented through automated dashboards and ad-hoc reports.
* Support weekly, campaign reporting requests to drive deep and robust post-campaign insights.
* Flex into advanced analytics such as incrementality testing, cohort analysis, and closed-loop measurement.
* Partner with key stakeholders, notably Sales & Account Managers, to identify problems and collaboratively propose solutions.
* Work together with fellow analysts to review code and share knowledge, fostering ongoing growth and learning to enhance the team's overall impact.
* Balance competing priorities to focus on the most impactful work, while navigating ambiguity to deliver value.
**Requirements**
* First and foremost, strong storytelling skills and a passion for data visualization.
* 2-5 years of experience analyzing complex media data, drawing conclusions, and making recommendations.
* 2-5 years of experience developing and deploying production-level SQL queries.
* 2-5 years of experience with advanced BI visualization (Looker or Tableau preferred).
* Ability to think strategically, seek to expand understanding of business domain, processes, data sources, and relevant key metrics.
* Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, mathematics, statistics, computer science, or related quantitative analytics discipline is preferred.
* Direct experience working with the business in marketing & the retail industry is strongly preferred.

+ California: $76,500 - $158,500 Annually
+ Colorado: $76,500 - $126,500 Annually
+ Connecticut: $76,500 - $145,500 Annually
+ District of Columbia: $87,500 - $145,500 Annually
+ Hawaii: $76,500 - $126,500 Annually
+ Illinois: $76,500 - $126,500 Annually
+ Maryland: $76,500 - $145,500 Annually
+ Massachusetts: $76,500 - $145,500 Annually
+ Minnesota: $76,500 - $126,500 Annually
+ Nevada: $76,500 - $126,500 Annually
+ New York: $76,500 - $158,500 Annually

+ Washington: $77,969 - $145,500 Annually
