You'll be responsible for executing requests to update and maintain customer account records, troubleshooting and resolving data-related issues, and providing exceptional customer support. **Responsibilities:**

As a Data Administrator at careerzynith, your key responsibilities will include:

* Executing requests to update and maintain customer account records in our core data management systems
* Troubleshooting and resolving data-related issues in a timely and efficient manner
* Providing exceptional customer support through phone, email, and other communication channels
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and develop new processes
* Assisting with projects and managing tasks independently, including defining, developing, documenting, and executing multiple related tasks

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* Working knowledge of relational databases and enterprise-wide system interfaces
* Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Ability to lead cross-functional teams in resolving technical issues and developing new processes
* Ability to assist projects and manage tasks independently, including defining, developing, documenting, and executing multiple related tasks

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, information technology, business administration)
* Experience with data management systems and customer relationship management software
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
