As a Danish-speaking Customer Support Specialist, you will be the face of careerzynith, providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone and email. You will be responsible for:
* Providing accurate information about new bookings, rebookings, and cancellation options for air and rail travel, hotel bookings, and more
* Finding solutions for each individual customer to ensure their journey runs smoothly
* Collaborating with our team to resolve customer complaints and issues
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to our clients
**Requirements**

* Fluent in Danish (written and spoken)
* Proficient in English (written and spoken)
