Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: Fluency in Danish, both written and spoken, is essential for this position. Residence in Denmark is required, as you will be working from your registered address in Denmark. A high level of English proficiency is necessary for effective communication with our global teams and customers. A strong interest in technology and a willingness to take on technical challenges are vital for success in this role. Previous experience in customer service or a related field is an asset, but not required, as we provide comprehensive training. A dedicated workspace with a stable internet connection is necessary for remote work.
