You'll also be responsible for managing timelines for planning, coding, testing, and implementation, guaranteeing that projects are completed on time and within budget. Additionally, you'll serve as a resource to facilitate effective communication between business and IT groups, participating in system and acceptance testing as needed. **Key Responsibilities** * Work with business clients to conduct needs analysis related to systems and business processes, ensuring that technical solutions meet our high standards * Manage timelines for planning, coding, testing, and implementation, guaranteeing that projects are completed on time and within budget * Serve as a resource to facilitate effective communication between business and IT groups * Participate in system and acceptance testing as needed * Collaborate with experts to analyze, mitigate, and recover from cyber threats * Develop and implement quick response systems to address digital dangers * Extend of work varies depending on the team project **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, cybersecurity, information assurance) * Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required * Fundamental knowledge of data security and risk management standards, theories, and practices * Experience or exposure to Proofpoint PhishAlarm preferred * Experience or knowledge of ServiceNow Administration, Risk and Compliance (GRC) preferred * Essential knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and improvement preferred * Major understanding of project management systems, including the ability to design, manage, and maintain a complex, organization-wide program preferred * Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with all levels within the organization, including both technical and non-technical stakeholders preferred * Fundamental knowledge of technical environment required * Openness to Agile philosophies preferred * Coursework or experience related to network security preferred * Ability to remain organized and manage multiple and simultaneous tasks under tight deadlines preferred * Past investigator entry-level position experience within the past year preferred * Experience tackling business issues in a capstone or case competition preferred **Work Environment and Culture** At blithequark, we're committed to creating a work environment that's open, direct, conscious, gracious, and empathetic.
