Key Responsibilities
Work with business clients to conduct needs analysis related to systems and business processes to create quality technical solutions
Ensure solutions are aligned with internal tooling, business procedures, and comply with departmental standards
Manage timelines for planning, coding, testing, and implementing to ensure solutions are delivered on time and within budget
Act as a resource to ensure effective communications among business and Technology Teams
Participate in systems and acceptance testing
Scope of work varies depending on the Team assignment
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
Basic knowledge of data security and risk mitigation principles, theories, and practices preferred
Experience or exposure to Proofpoint PhishAlarm preferred
Experience or knowledge of ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) preferred
Basic understanding of business analysis, process modeling, and optimization preferred
Major understanding of project management methodologies, including the ability to plan, manage, and maintain a complex, organization-wide program preferred
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with all levels within the organization, including both technical and non-technical resources preferred
Basic knowledge of technical environment required
Exposure to Agile philosophies preferred
Coursework or experience related to Cybersecurity preferred
Ability to remain organized and manage multiple and simultaneous tasks under tight deadlines
Past investigator internship experience within the past year preferred
Experience solving business problems in a capstone or case competition preferred
