**Job Responsibilities:**
As an Experienced Customs Trade Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
* Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customs clearance documentation, including data entry, Sop's, duty books, web, and customs documentation.
* Manage and maintain accurate records of shipment documentation, ensuring compliance with all record-keeping requirements.
* Collaborate with internal staff, divisions, other careerzynith activities, and clients to deliver a high level of service and meet customer expectations.
* Process organization financier shipments and may handle distant filings.
* Ensure adherence to all international importing and exporting regulations.
* Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
* Perform other duties as assigned by management.
**Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., logistics, international trade, business administration).
* No industry experience required, but a minimum of 6 months of work experience is preferred.
* Proficiency in data entry and computer skills, including MS Office, Viewpoint, and other relevant software.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle high volumes of work.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
* Ability to collaborate with clients, transporters, intermediaries, government agencies, and internal staff.
* Proficiency in multiple software systems and reference materials.
