Experienced Customs Brokerage Representative – Night Shift – Data Entry – Release Operations (REMOTE)

**Job Summary**
As a Customs Brokerage Representative, you will be responsible for processing and clearing international shipments, ensuring that all necessary documentation is accurate and up-to-date, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This is a night shift position, requiring you to work from 11 PM to 7 AM, Eastern Time, Wednesday to Sunday. **Key Responsibilities**
* Release, classify, and bill basic import shipments in a timely and accurate manner
* Prepare bonds for U.S. Customs for inspection and release of imports
* Ensure accurate and timely billings and resolve accounting issues
* Stay up-to-date on Customs and procedure changes, and communicate any relevant updates to the team
* May be assigned additional tasks to support the team's efforts

**Essential Qualifications**

* 2+ years of experience in customs brokerage or a related field

* Previous experience with MS Word, Excel, Windows, Email, and various PC-based software programs
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous experience in customs brokerage or a related field
* Knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations and procedures
* Experience with customs brokerage software and systems
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
