**Job Summary**

We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic Entry Level Customer Training Professional to join our team. As a key member of our customer success team, you'll be responsible for guiding our customers through the implementation process of our software solutions. You'll work closely with our customers to identify their business needs, configure our solutions to meet those needs, and provide them with the knowledge they need to utilize our solutions in their day-to-day operations.

**Responsibilities**

As a Customer Training Professional, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on our customers' success. Your key responsibilities will include:

* Guiding customers through the implementation process of our software solutions via phone, webcam, and internet
* Communicating with customers throughout the implementation process to identify their business needs and configure our solutions to meet those needs
* Providing customers with the knowledge they need to utilize our solutions in their day-to-day operations
* Interacting closely with our team to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the implementation and training process
* Collaborating with our sales and support teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and support
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our customers receive the best possible service

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* An Associate degree or equivalent experience
* Experience in Finance, Accounting, or customer service is a plus
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Automotive Dealership Experience is preferred but not required
