Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join our ranks. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Support/Sales Representative, you will be the voice of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your key responsibilities will include: * Answering 20-30 calls/emails per day, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Hosting virtual consultations via Zoom, presenting project bids to prospective clients, and assessing their needs * Mastering Excel magic, analyzing pricing formulas, and carefully pricing out each project * Following up with leads through phone, email, and other platforms to ensure timely resolution of customer issues * Upselling and renewing services to existing customers, helping them discover additional services they'll love * Closing deals, onboarding new clients, and ensuring smooth transitions * Staying organized, tracking progress, and maintaining accurate records in our CRM **What We're Looking For** We're seeking an exceptional individual with: * Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly and fluently communicate with customers * A professional demeanor and appearance suitable for video consultations * Extreme attention to detail, with the ability to catch mistakes and improve processes * Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide outstanding customer care * The ability to work independently with minimal supervision, with a high level of autonomy and self-motivation * 3+ years of customer service and sales experience, preferably in the landscaping or B2C service industry * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and computer skills * A designated, quiet, and professional home office environment with no interruptions * A wired USB noise-cancelling headset with an over-the-mouth microphone * Hi-Speed Internet (preferably with an Ethernet connection) **Tech Must-Haves** * Strong (above basic) proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and computer skills * Desktop (preferably multiple monitors) * Wired USB noise-cancelling headset with an over-the-mouth microphone * Hi-Speed Internet (preferably with an Ethernet connection) **When You'll Work** We believe in work-life balance, and we offer flexible working hours between 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM CST. You'll have the opportunity to work mainly weekdays, with some flexibility to work on weekends if desired.
