About the Role

As a Customer Support Trainee, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer experiences, generating consumer loyalty, and ensuring our clients' confidence in their promotional goals. You'll be an integral part of our supportive and forward-thinking team, working remotely and collaborating with our clients and internal stakeholders. Responsibilities


Respond resourcefully to customer requests and concerns, providing timely and effective solutions
Promote sales for client programs, products, and services, utilizing basic selling skills to engage and present solutions to customers
Process accurate and efficient sales and return transactions, ensuring seamless customer experiences
Create an inviting environment for customers by maintaining a high level of product knowledge and enthusiasm
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and Customer Service Representative standards
Multitask on assorted merchandising and sales responsibilities, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
Perform other related duties as assigned, demonstrating a willingness to learn and grow


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)


Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
Meet or exceed sales targets for client programs, products, and services
Process accurate and efficient sales and return transactions, with minimal errors
Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge and enthusiasm
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and Customer Service Representative standards


Qualifications


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and speak to customers
Flexible schedule, with a willingness to work varied shifts and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred skills and experience:

Customer service experience in a retail environment
Cashier experience
